Refund policy

We want you and your kitty to be happy with every purchase from Ayame Is Home. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. 

Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, we may not always require items to be returned. In some cases we may offer a replacement or refund instead.
